Luize de Medeiros is currently working as a Customer Success Supervisor at Captei - Inteligência em Negócios Imobiliários and as a Customer Success Analyst - Pleno at Exact Sales. Previously, they worked as a Consultor de atendimento ao cliente Pleno at Coobrastur Viagens e Turismo Ltda., providing personalized consultancy and customer support for the use of the travel club, as well as assisting and guiding customers on destinations and additional services through the travel agency. Luize was also responsible for customer retention with monthly goals. Before that, they worked as a Closed Caption at TV Sergipe, where they were responsible for accessibility by capturing audio, reproducing and transforming it into characters, and validating and correcting any errors before sending it to air. Lastly, they worked as an Assessoria de Comunicação at MRM Construtora, where they were responsible for assisting the Contract Manager and monitoring all processes with public bodies to which they provided services, acting as an intermediary between the company and the body.

Luize de Medeiros completed a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Audiovisual from Universidade Federal de Sergipe between 2010 and 2015. Since then, they have obtained several certifications, including Certificação em OKR Essencial from Feedz in 2022, Capacitação em Pré-venda from Exact Sales in 2021, Fundamentos de Customer Success para Analistas from RD University in 2020, and Inteligência Emocional from Escola Conquer. In 2020, they also obtained certifications from Aldeia.cc, nowall.school, Escola do Marketing Digital, and Rock University in areas such as Customer Success, Marketing Digital, Blogs Corporativos, Copywriting, Produção de Conteúdo para Web, Revisão de Conteúdo para Web, Inbound Marketing, Marketing de Conteúdo, and WordPress na prática. In 2021, they completed a Marketing Digital and Growth Hacking course from Imagine School.
