Brian Ash has a wide range of work experience. In 2014, they worked as a Personal Tutor at Tutor Doctor South Bay, where they tutored students in various subjects and age groups. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Product Support Manager at FlexStr8, Inc., where they managed customer support, operations, and product management responsibilities. In 2019, they worked as a Consumer Services Specialist at Fisher-Price and then became the Director of Support and Training at Capti Voice later that year. In their role at Capti Voice, they managed product support and training, including handling customer tickets, reporting statistics, and training new accounts.
Brian Ash earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Classics with honours from the University at Buffalo, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Mediterranean Archaeology at UCL from 2015 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Brian Ash also obtained certifications in Hubspot Inbound from HubSpot in July 2022 and Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in June 2022.
