Suzanne Jarratt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Suzanne started their career as an ISV & Developer Relations Marketing Assistant at IBM in 2009, where they managed communications with the developer community and organized technical events. In 2011, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Stamford Endowed Schools. Suzanne then returned to IBM in 2012 as a MidMarket Software Marketing Specialist, where they successfully devised and executed marketing strategies for the midmarket sector. In 2014, Suzanne was promoted to the role of Strategic Project Lead, where they led strategic projects and generated significant revenue for IBM Software Group UK&I. In 2015, they became a Watson Marketing Manager at IBM, responsible for managing the Watson marketing strategy. More recently, Suzanne has worked at Captify, starting as a Senior Product Marketing Manager in 2017 and becoming the Product Marketing Lead in 2020.

Suzanne Jarratt completed their education from 2007 to 2011 at Newcastle University, where they obtained a First Class BA (Hons) degree in Business Management. Suzanne also holds an additional certification from IBM Global Sales School Distinction, obtained in 2015.
