Eli Winderbaum

Eli Winderbaum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and support across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Captions, Eli focuses on customer onboarding, retention, and revenue optimization, while also managing business development initiatives. Previously, Eli held the role of Head of Customer Success, Customer Support, and Fraud at Domain Money, where responsibilities included customer engagement and fraud control. Eli's career also includes significant positions at Goldman Sachs, contributing to the launch of Marcus by Goldman Sachs and overseeing customer migrations from Clarity Money, as well as roles at BetterCloud that involved sales engineering and customer success strategy. Eli holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations and Information Management from the University of Colorado Boulder.
