Sam Halstead

Sam Halstead serves as the Partnerships Lead at Captions since February 2025. Prior to this role, Sam held multiple positions at Remote from October 2021 to January 2025, including Principal of Remote Embedded & Tech Partnerships, where a landmark partnership with payroll platform Gusto was secured, significantly enhancing the company's revenue. Sam also developed the Remote Embedded API program, allowing HR software and payroll companies to integrate Remote's services. Earlier experience includes roles at Square from April 2013 to October 2021, where Sam led partnerships in Europe, overseeing key collaborations that contributed to substantial customer acquisition.
