Jenny T. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jenny started their career as an Assistant Manager at Laura Canada in 2003 and worked there until 2007. Jenny then worked as an Intern and Assistant Researcher at Agri-Foods Canada in 2007. From 2008 to 2011, they served as a Logistics and Marketing Coordinator at McGill University Health Centre, where they managed budgets, increased funding through sponsorship opportunities, and maintained relationships with key stakeholders. In 2011, they became an Account Executive at Agence Rinaldi, a position they held until 2015. In 2012, they co-founded Fondation Amal, and in 2015, they joined Captivate as the Director of National Sales.

Jenny T. obtained their Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology from Concordia University, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Jenny later pursued their MBA in Management from the same university, completing their studies from 2008 to 2010. In 2017, they obtained a certification in the IAB Digital Fundamentals Course from IAB Learning.
