Vice President Of National Sales at Captivate

Michael Mongelluzzo has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michael began their career at Dun & Bradstreet Information Services as an Account Executive and Business Analyst, working there from 1989 to 1996. Michael then moved to Petry Media Corp where they worked as an Account Executive, forming strong client relationships and negotiating top shares for over 35 different television stations/markets.

In 1999, Michael joined About.com, a start-up company called Wise Ads New Media, where they learned about online sales. Michael quickly rose to the role of Director of Sales before About.com acquired Wise Ads in 2000.

Michael then joined Disney ABC Television Group in 2001 as the Director of Business Development & Emerging Media. Michael was responsible for marketing, content integration, and advertising sales for the prominent Digital Place Based Media platform, "Taxi TV," generating significant advertising revenue during their tenure.

In 2008, Michael transitioned to NBC Universal as the Director of National Sales, followed by a role as Vice President of National Sales at Outcast Media Holdings from 2009 to 2014. In 2014, they joined NBCUniversal Media, LLC as the Director of Business Development before taking on the role of Vice President of National Sales at Captivate in 2015, their most recent position.

Michael Mongelluzzo attended the University at Albany, SUNY from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification as a Trading Academy Certified Professional from The Trade Desk in October 2019.
