Aaron Kane is an accomplished business development executive currently serving as AVP at Captive Resources, LLC since January 2022. With a focus on enabling companies to manage their insurance costs through member-owned group captive insurance, Aaron is adept in offering a range of services that include risk funding formulas, loss prevention, and member education. Prior to this role, Aaron held positions as Senior Risk Consultant at USI Insurance Services, specializing in property and casualty insurance for middle market companies, and as Risk Consultant at Shea Barclay Group, where responsibilities included professional liability and risk mitigation practices. Aaron began their career as an Insurance Sales Executive at Brier Grieves Insurance. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with minors in Business and Spanish from the University of Florida, alongside a 2-20 General Lines Agent certification from Central Insurance School and studies at the University of Granada.
