Allen Anderson

Allen Anderson has a diverse background in claims management and customer service, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Illinois State University. Experience includes serving as a Claims Examiner II at Sedgwick from October 2011 to July 2015, where responsibilities included managing high-value general liability claims and liaising with attorneys. Following this, Allen held the position of Commercial General Liability Adjuster at The Hanover Insurance Group from July 2015 to May 2020. Additionally, Allen briefly worked as Claims Services Manager and Assistant Claims Services Manager at Captive Resources, LLC in December 2021. Early career roles also included customer account management at Rent-A-Center from January 2011 to October 2011, with a focus on collections and customer service. Allen's foundational experience was gained at the United States Air Force Academy as a Cadet from June 2006 to June 2007.
