Carter Younts has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as AVP of Business Development (Medical) at Captive Resources, LLC since June 2021. In this role, Carter focuses on providing businesses with solutions to manage their insurance costs through the establishment and management of member-owned group captive insurance companies. Previously, from June 2013 to May 2021, Carter worked as a Group Sales Consultant at Guardian Life. Carter Younts holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance from The University of Georgia, earned in 2013.
