Dave Gillis

Dave Gillis has extensive experience in sales and leadership roles within the insurance industry. Dave is currently the Vice President of Medical Stop Loss Business Development at Captive Resources, where they provide leadership to the national business development team. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Sales at STRIVE - The Employee App, where they achieved remarkable results in revenue growth and national partnerships. Dave also served as the Sales Vice President at National General Insurance, managing national accounts and mid-market sales. Dave played a key role in driving 20% top-line revenue growth for the company's A&H division. Before joining National General Insurance, Dave worked as a District Sales Manager at Assurant Health, where they managed a sales team and achieved impressive sales and revenue growth. Dave was also recognized as the National Rookie of the Year. Dave started their career as an Account Executive at BeneCo of Wisconsin, specializing in employee benefits.

Dave Gillis attended St. Mary Central High School from 2001 to 2005 and obtained their diploma. Dave then pursued their higher education at Carroll University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance.
