Donna Dreuth has had a diverse work experience in various roles within the finance and insurance industry. Donna began their career as a Senior Accountant at Deloitte, working with investment companies, captive insurance companies, and trust companies. Donna then moved on to Chandler Insurance Management LTD as a Vice President and Money Laundering Reporting Officer, overseeing quarterly accounting and financial reporting for clients. Following this, they joined Kensington Management Group, Ltd. as a Vice President, leading offshore captive insurance companies and managing financial agreements. Donna then joined Captive Resources, LLC, where they held the positions of Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer, implementing initiatives to increase employee engagement and reduce turnover. Additionally, they were the Treasurer for the Lincolnwood Baseball (and Softball) Association. Throughout their career, Donna has demonstrated strong leadership skills, financial expertise, and a commitment to excellent client service.

Donna Dreuth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Oklahoma State University. Donna also obtained an Executive MBA in Accounting and Business/Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, they are a Certified Public Accountant, having obtained certifications from both The Illinois CPA Society (ICPAS) in 2011 and the Oklahoma Society of CPAs in 1999.
