Keena Marks is a seasoned professional in the insurance and claims management industry, currently serving as the Complex Claims Services Manager at Captive Resources, LLC since November 2019. In this role, Keena provides insight and consultation on complex claim matters while promoting effective communication among members, third-party administrators, and insurers. Prior to this position, Keena held the role of Supervisor of Liability Claims Operations at the Intergovernmental Risk Management Agency from February 2003 to November 2019, overseeing the general liability claim department and managing various types of claims. Keena's earlier experience includes positions as Claims Examiner II at Dominick's Finer Foods and as Sr. Claim Account Specialist at Reliance Insurance, focusing on complex litigated claims and liability investigations. Keena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Illinois State University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
