Russ Wildenberg is an accomplished professional in the insurance industry with over 18 years of experience. Currently serving as the AVP, Business Development Executive at Captive Resources, LLC, since September 2022, Wildenberg focuses on empowering businesses to control their insurance programs through innovative group captive models. Previous roles include Senior Employee Benefit Representative at Sun Life, where competitive solutions were provided for ancillary benefits in multiple states, and Advisor at HUB International, aimed at reducing Workers Compensation exposures for businesses. Wildenberg's journey includes significant roles at Sun Life Financial, Lincoln Financial Group, Team Financial Partners, and The Unity Group, enhancing client relations and delivering unique financial solutions. Wildenberg holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology from Western Washington University, completed in 2001.
