Tom Summers has over two decades of experience in the restaurant and design industries. Currently serving as the NYC Regional Manager at Captive-Aire Systems since 2004, Tom specializes in design consultation for national and international restaurant groups, focusing on green initiatives and renovation support. Previously, Tom owned and operated the initial franchise of Genghis Grill from 2001 to 2004, successfully managing daily operations and ensuring culinary excellence. Earlier experience includes a role as a Design Associate at Captive-Aire Systems from 1997 to 2001. Tom holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University and has also attended Holy Cross.
