Brent J. Hartman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial industry. Brent J. started their career at Hewlett-Packard in 1993, where they served as the Treasury Finance Manager. Brent J. served as the Director of Retirement Plan Consulting at Retirement Corporation of America, where they provided investment consulting services and asset allocation recommendations to institutional retirement plans. Brent also worked as a Senior Investment Consultant at The Newport Group, where they provided investment consulting services to institutional retirement plan clients. Additionally, they joined CAPTRUST as an Investment Strategist, offering investment management and consulting services to institutions, including qualified retirement plans, endowments, and foundations.

Brent's background and experience include asset manager selection, asset allocation, liability driven investment strategies, fiduciary and governance consulting, and constructing investment menus. Brent J. has demonstrated strong expertise and a successful track record in the financial industry throughout their career.

Brent J. Hartman obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Brigham Young University, where they studied from 1984 to 1991. Following this, they pursued further education at Purdue University Daniels School of Business, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance, Investments, and International Finance, spanning from 1991 to 1993.
