Charlie MacBain Caia

Charlie MacBain, CAIA has a diverse work experience in various roles within investment research and logistics. Charlie started their career at Valentine Commons as a Leasing Consultant/Marketing Assistant in 2011. In 2012, they worked as an intern at BB&T Insurance Services Inc. The following year, Charlie worked as a Sales Logistics Intern at Total Quality Logistics. Charlie then joined CAPTRUST in 2014 as an Associate in Investment Research, and gradually progressed to become a Senior Associate, Analyst, and eventually a Manager in the same department. Charlie's most recent role at CAPTRUST is Manager of Investment Research, starting in 2023.

Charlie MacBain, CAIA completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from North Carolina State University, from 2009 to 2013. Furthermore, Charlie obtained the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) certification from the CAIA Association in November 2021.
