Chloe Lipp Wellman, MHA, CSM, is a global people programs and transformation expert with a robust background in operational excellence and strategic program delivery. Currently serving as the Institutional Program Manager at CAPTRUST, Chloe leads initiatives that drive operational success and alignment with firm-wide goals. Previously, they held various leadership roles at organizations such as Sprinklr and Allscripts, where they focused on enhancing workplace engagement and wellbeing through innovative program design. Chloe's extensive educational background includes degrees in Public Health and Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as ongoing studies in Latin American Studies.
