Emmanuel Wilder has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Emmanuel started their career at Fidelity Investments as a Quality Assurance Technical Intern, where they reviewed and analyzed system requirements, translated business requirements into technical test requirements, and identified defects in various environments. Emmanuel then worked as an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer, responsible for planning, designing, and executing test cases and developing procedures to ensure product quality. Emmanuel later became a Leap Technical Lead at Fidelity, where they oversaw project solicitation processes, provided technical support, and ensured the successful execution of the LEAP program in multiple countries.

Emmanuel then joined Red Hat, where they held several roles. As a Senior System Analyst, they coordinated system requirements, administered business process improvements, and created data analytics solutions. Emmanuel also played a key role in launching the integration and implementation of the vendor LeanData, coordinated Red Hat Summit marketing event data processing, and organized marketing efforts to remove fields and their dependencies from the system. Emmanuel then became a Sr. Product Owner and Systems Analyst, responsible for product management, strategy, and procurement for multiple applications. Emmanuel also guided teams exploring and implementing SaaS systems and advocated for the business and system needs of senior management and external stakeholders. In their most recent role at Red Hat as a Manager, Data Solutions, Emmanuel facilitated product management, strategy, and engineering for platforms, designed cross-team data solutions, and advised on technical implementations of SaaS systems.

Emmanuel's current work experience includes working as a Project Manager at CAPTRUST, where they are involved in managing projects.

Emmanuel Wilder completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from East Carolina University, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. In November 2017, they obtained additional certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
