Jacob Munster

Jacob Munster started their work experience in 2015 as an Assistant Tennis Professional at Southern Village Club. In 2015, they also worked as an Intern at Dromartin Estates Co., Ltd, where they conducted financial analysis and provided operational recommendations. In 2016, Jacob worked as a Business Analyst Intern at Red Hat, where they gathered requirements, analyzed support ticket trends, and measured the ROI of adopting new support tools. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Business Analyst at AIG. Since 2019, Jacob has been working at CAPTRUST, starting as an Associate Data Analyst and progressing to a Senior Associate Data Analyst and currently serves as a Team Lead for Data & Analytics.

Jacob Munster received their Bachelor's degree in Economics with a second major in Sports Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between the years 2013 and 2017. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications including "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" from Microsoft in April 2021, "Power BI Black Belt" from Dynamic Communities in August 2020, "Business and Financial Modeling" from Wharton Online in March 2019, "Regression Models" from Coursera in January 2019, and "R Programming" from Coursera in December 2018.
