Kyle Koch

Kyle Koch has a diverse work experience in the field of IT infrastructure. Kyle started their career at Nationwide Insurance as a Technical Support specialist from May 2008 to September 2010. Kyle then worked as an Infrastructure System Engineer at Installed Building Products from August 2010 to October 2011. Kyle then joined Technekes LLC as a System Administrator from October 2011 to June 2015.

In 2015, Kyle joined CAPTRUST where they held several positions. Kyle started as an Associate in the Technology Support team, providing onsite and remote support for branches nationwide. Kyle also handled server administration, setup and recovery in Microsoft Azure, and facilitated internal and web-conference meetings. Kyle worked in this role from June 2015 to December 2017.

Afterwards, Kyle became a Senior Associate in the Technology Support team, continuing their responsibilities in client support and acquisitions & integration for new offices. Kyle also collaborated with other department managers to meet their team's needs. Kyle held this position from December 2017 to June 2018.

Kyle then became a Team Lead in the Technology Support team, where they managed the team and compiled ticket and call reports. Kyle also collaborated with other department managers to meet their team's needs. Kyle worked in this role from June 2018 to January 2020.

From January 2020 to January 2022, Kyle served as a Senior Team Lead in the Hardware & Integration team at CAPTRUST. In this role, they managed and led the team to support technology requests and integrate technology at new offices through acquisitions.

Currently, Kyle is working as a Manager in the Hardware & Integration team at CAPTRUST. Kyle'sresponsibilities include managing and leading the team, planning and executing hardware integration, purchasing and testing hardware and software, managing hardware assets, and providing onsite and remote support for multiple branches nationwide. Kyle also assists in setting up internal webinar meetings using Microsoft Teams and Livestream.

Kyle Koch graduated from Columbus Grove High School in 2004 with a High School Diploma. Kyle then attended DeVry University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Network Communication and Management.
