Lilly Fox has a diverse range of work experience. Lilly began their professional career as a Digital Marketing Intern and Communications Specialist at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP in 2019. During their internship, they focused on setting up an employee advocacy program to increase engagement on social media. Lilly also had opportunities to contribute to the company's digital marketing strategy.
In 2018, Lilly worked as a Sales Associate at Aerie by American Eagle Outfitters. Lilly then transitioned to Starbucks in 2020, where they served as a Barista until 2021.
Lilly also gained experience as a Digital Media & Marketing Intern at Taskmaster Components in 2021, where they developed skills in digital media and marketing.
Lilly expanded their marketing experience as an International Digital Marketing Content Specialist at the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they focused on digital and social media marketing campaigns, increasing followers on LinkedIn by 90% using content calendars, post scheduling, and analytics.
Lastly, Lilly has a passion for soccer and worked as an Assistant Coach for the NCFC Kickstarters Program at the North Carolina Football Club from 2019 to 2022. Lilly worked with young players to inspire their love for the game and facilitate games and practices under a head coach.
In 2022, Lilly joined CAPTRUST as a Marketing Associate, starting their career in the company.
Lilly Fox completed their high school education at Apex Friendship High School from 2015 to 2018, earning a High School Diploma with a focus on General Studies. Lilly then pursued further education at Meredith College from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
In addition to their formal education, Lilly also obtained several certifications to enhance their skill set. In November 2021, they completed "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" course offered by Google Digital Garage. Lilly further expanded their knowledge by obtaining a certification in "Visual Storytelling in PowerPoint" from LinkedIn in October 2022. In July 2023, they completed a course on "Efficient Time Management" and in August 2023, they obtained a certification in "Brand Design Foundations," both from LinkedIn.
