Rick Shoff

Rick specializes in institutional recruiting and acquisition initiatives and is based out of Doylestown, Pennsylvania.

Rick heads up the institutional growth strategy and serves on the firms Leadership Team. As an industry influencer and managing director within CAPTRUST’s Advisor Group, his contributions to firm-wide initiatives are extensive. This includes driving practice management discussions, initiating opportunities to support the needs of our financial advisors, and strategizing on deployment of company resources.

Prior to joining CAPTRUST in 2006, Rick founded Plan Advisory Services and built the company into one of the most well-respected advisory firms in the nation. He has worked in the industry since 1983.

When he is not in the office or with a client, Rick enjoys cycling.
