Simon Ralph

Simon Ralph currently serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Commercial Development at Capture One, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Simon worked as a Principal and Associate at Ad Astra Corporate Advisory from April 2021 to August 2022, and held roles as an Associate and Analyst at Investec (Australia) from January 2018 to April 2021. Earlier experience includes a Technology Consultant position at Russell Bedford NSW from November 2012 to December 2017, where Simon developed technology solutions to enhance workflow efficiency in various sectors. Additionally, Simon has a background in academia as a Tutor at UNSW, providing coaching and assessment for advanced courses, and as a self-employed Private Tutor for science and mathematics. Simon holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce (Finance) and two Bachelor’s Degrees, one in Science (Advanced) and another in Physics, all from UNSW and UCLA.
