Tyler Applegate

Tyler Applegate's work experience begins with their current role as a Business Analyst II at CaptureRx, where they started in September 2021.

Prior to their current position, Tyler worked as the General Manager at Bud's Southern Rotisserie from July 2017 to March 2020. During their time there, they oversaw the creation of a new restaurant in the Pearl District of San Antonio and implemented training procedures and grading metrics for all positions within the company. Tyler also managed day-to-day operations and contributed to long-term planning for the business, which was the 3rd fastest growing on campus.

Before Bud's Southern Rotisserie, Tyler worked at Cookhouse from April 2016 to July 2017. Tyler started as an AM Sous Chef and gradually progressed to running lunch service operations. Tyler was responsible for employee training, inventory management, cost control, and creating daily specials. Cookhouse was recognized as the Best Restaurant in the city by San Antonio Magazine.

Overall, Tyler has gained experience in various roles, showcasing their expertise in business analysis, restaurant management, training, operations, and planning.

Tyler Applegate completed a Certificate of Completion in Data Science from Codeup in 2021.
