Jonathan Mayfield has worked in various roles since 2009. Jonathan began their career as a Connection Cafe Manager at Brentwood Baptist Church in 2009. In 2010, they joined Apple, Inc. as an In Store Guest Trainer, GRT and Expert. In 2014, they joined Kindful as the Content & Training, where they helped to build and scale all sales, support, and onboarding + implementation efforts. In 2021, they joined Captyn as the Director of Client Experience, where they guide the company to continually achieve excellent CSAT, increased efficiency, and profitability.

Jonathan Mayfield has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Belmont University, which they obtained between 2004 and 2008. Jonathan studied Business, Management, and Marketing during their time there. Before Belmont University, Jonathan attended Brentwood Academy from 1997 to 2004 for General Studies. Jonathan also holds a Model-Netics Management Training Certification from ModelNetics.
