The firm was founded in 2009, with service as the primary core value, by Paul Capua, an AV-Preeminent® rated civil trial lawyer. His 30 years of practice have focused on US and international construction, business, and employment disputes in state and federal courts and international and domestic arbitrations. A former shareholder of the international litigation firm Astigarraga Davis Mullins & Grossman, P.A., Paul thrives on simplifying what is complex and delivering value and results.

Capua Law has since grown into a multi-state firm with offices in Asheville and Boone, North Carolina and in Miami, Florida. This strategic growth included adding attorneys, paralegals and administrative support staff at every level.
