Subsequent roles included Customer Performance Manager at E.ON UK and Commercial & Customer Lead at Green Energy Networks, where focus was directed towards renewable energy and commercial strategies. Currently, Tom serves as Principal Engineer, Framework Manager, and Contract Manager at Capula, supporting major clients in utilities and power generation.
