Per Jorem is currently a Partner and Daglig leder at Capus Bergen, focusing on recruitment and selection for key positions both nationally and internationally. Previously, Per held roles such as National Key Account Manager at Midelfart AS and Rieber & Søn ASA, where they excelled in business development and account management. With extensive experience in mentoring and organizational development at Econa, Per is also certified in various assessment tools. Per holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Stirling and has pursued further education in leadership and international business.
