Nigel Campion-Smith

Nigel Campion-Smith has been advising Capvis as Legal Counsel since 1997 and has more than 30 years of private equity experience. Since 2015 Nigel has been a Non-Executive Director of the Capvis General Partner companies in Jersey and, since 2004, Nigel has served as a Non-Executive Director for Capvis General Partner II Ltd.

For 15 years, Nigel was a partner specialising in corporate and investment funds law at Latham & Watkins, London, until his retirement as a partner at the end of 2014.

Nigel holds a MA in Economics and Law from Cambridge University.
