Boy-c Robles serves as the HR and Talent Manager at Capvision, where responsibilities include leading talent acquisition efforts, ensuring compliance with Philippine regulations, and overseeing training programs for new hires. Previously, Boy-c held positions such as Senior Recruitment Manager for Morgan McKinley and Delivery Leader for Cielo Talent, where expertise in recruitment and operations was honed. Additional experience includes managing RPO operations at Tata Consultancy Services and leading recruitment teams at SYSGEN RPO. Boy-c holds an MBA from Ateneo Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from West Visayas State University, and a High School Diploma from Ateneo de Iloilo.
