Louisa Tao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, development, and business operations within the education sector. Currently serving as the Recruitment and Development Director for Asia at EF Education First since September 2002, Louisa has demonstrated leadership in various roles, including National Director of Academic Partnerships, where responsibilities involved guiding a team of 50 to ensure academic quality and establishing key partnerships with prestigious institutions. Other notable positions include overseeing the operations of EF language travel across over 50 cities in China and managing marketing initiatives supporting more than 60 schools. Additionally, Louisa has been a Business Consultant at Capvision since September 2007 and holds an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, earned between 2009 and 2010.
