Sherry Xiao

Sherry Xiao has extensive experience in knowledge management and hospitality. At Capvision since March 2016, Sherry has advanced from Knowledge Associate to Senior Knowledge Manager, contributing to the facilitation of knowledge transfer and business operations in China. Prior to Capvision, Sherry served as Butler Supervisor of the Rooms Department at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing service quality and guest satisfaction. Earlier in Sherry's career, experience as a Receptionist at Shanghai Jinjiang International Hotels Development Co., Ltd. involved managing front office operations and optimizing occupancy rates. Sherry holds a Master of Hospitality in Hotel Management from Swiss Hotel Management School and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a focus on Business and Trade from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
