Tom Dreyer is a seasoned Vice President and visionary operations leader specializing in sales and business development within the senior living sector. With extensive experience in healthcare operations management and strategic planning, Tom has successfully built high-performing sales teams and cultivated partnerships that exceed growth expectations. At Ohio Living, Tom served as Director of Business Development, where they increased assisted living census and steered the organization through significant challenges, including the COVID pandemic. Currently, Tom consults as a Senior Living Expert with Capvision and serves as Vice President for the National Christian Foundation in Southwest Ohio, focusing on mobilizing resources through biblical generosity.
