David Schulte has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as Director of Private Debt at CAPZA since July 2022. Prior to this role, Schulte held the position of Senior Vice President at ING Deutschland from 2013 to 2022, focusing on Leveraged Finance. Earlier career experience includes working as an Analyst in Leveraged Finance and Debt Advisory at Macquarie Bank from 2010 to 2012 and completing an internship in Private Equity at Doughty Hanson in 2010. Schulte holds an MSc in Finance and Management from Cranfield School of Management and a BSc in International Finance from Nuertingen-Geislingen University, with additional studies at California State University, Fullerton.
