David Ginn

David Ginn has extensive work experience in project management and leadership roles. David most recently worked as a Senior Agile Program Manager at CAQH starting in September 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) at Allegis Group from March 2019 to May 2020. From April 2018 to February 2019, they worked as a Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master at TRowe Price via Vision Technologies.

In 2017, David was an IT Specialist at BullsEye Computing Solutions, Inc. and in 2016, they were a Program Manager at Orbis Technologies, Inc. David also served as a Manager System Development at ICMA-RC from January 2015 to June 2016.

Before that, David held the position of Senior Project Manager at Netorian LLC from July 2014 to January 2015. David also had a significant role as the Senior Manager of the Project Management Office at Roadnet Technologies Inc. from August 2012 to June 2014.

David's work experience also includes positions at ARINC, where they worked as a Senior Program Manager from July 2011 to July 2012, a Program Manager from January 2006 to July 2011, and a Staff Principle Analyst from January 2004 to January 2006.

David started their career as a Business Owner at DNA Computing Inc. from June 1996 to January 2004.

David Ginn has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Frostburg State University, which they obtained from 1985 to 1990. In 2006 to 2007, they attended Villanova University and obtained a Project Management Certification in Project Management. David has also acquired several certifications, including the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching ICC - ACC from ICAgile in May 2020, SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2017, SAFe® 4 Certified Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2017, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2019, Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in June 2016, Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in June 2007, and CMMI Associate from the CMMI Institute in May 2017.
