Mark McNeil has over 30 years of work experience in various technical and managerial roles. Mark began their career at EI duPont deNemours, where they worked in various technical positions from 1981 to 1986. Mark then joined Rexam as a Sr Product Development Engineer, providing technical support for new product development. In 1990, they transitioned to Brady Corporation as a Process Engineering Manager. From 1997 to 1999, Mark worked as a Programmer Analyst at Solutions Consulting Group, developing custom software applications for insurance clients. Mark then joined Total Information Source as a Lead Developer, leading a team in building and maintaining applications for criminal records identification. In 2001, Mark started working at Wharton Computer Consulting as a Programmer Analyst, providing contract programming services for the City of Greensboro Water Department. In 2002, they joined Harris Computer Systems as a Senior Manager Software Development, where they led a team responsible for maintaining and growing the company's Hospital Information Systems revenue cycle application suite. Mark also oversaw the rollout of a new Business Intelligence product. Mark held this role until 2016 when they joined CAQH as a Senior Technology Manager. In this position, they provided technology support for a new Credentialing and Verification product, working on product stabilization and implementing changes with development resources.
Mark McNeil attended Duke University from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
