Michael Phillips

Michael Phillips has extensive experience in health policy and project management, currently serving as Associate Director of Rule Development and Policy at CAQH since April 2022, after progressing through various roles within the organization. Prior to CAQH, Michael worked as a Senior Manager and Manager within CORE, and held a Senior PSM Account Manager position at Archway Health. Michael's earlier roles included Senior Project Consultant and Project Consultant at Massachusetts General Hospital, and Project Specialist at Partners HealthCare, where project management and data analytics were key responsibilities. Michael's career also includes experience at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services as a Summer Intern and at Massachusetts General Hospital as a Neurosurgery Research Coordinator. Michael holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Vermont.
