Mohammad Akram has worked as a Product Owner at CAQH since December 2017. In this role, they have been involved in all stages of the system development life cycle (SDLC) under the Agile process. Mohammad has analyzed user stories, prepared product backlog, and conducted JAD sessions with various stakeholders.
Before joining CAQH, Mohammad worked as a Business System Analyst at Coventry Healthcare from January 2016 to October 2017. In this role, they performed GAP analysis, conducted individual and group sessions with business partners and technical units, and designed use case diagrams and workflow diagrams using UML/Visio/Balsamiq/Gliffy.
Mohammad Akram completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Planning from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University from 2020 to 2022. Before pursuing their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bahria University between 2012 and 2016.
In addition to their formal education, Mohammad also holds several certifications. In September 2021, they obtained "The Business of Data Science Certification" from Pragmatic Institute. In October 2020, they completed the "Build" certification from Pragmatic Institute. In July 2019, they obtained the "Foundation" certification from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI). In March 2019, they became a "Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager" from Scaled Agile, Inc.
