Neil Offner

Neil Offner has a strong background in product management and consulting. Neil is currently working at CAQH as a Product Manager, where they provide demos to clients, decomposes features into user stories, and acts as a subject matter expert for clinician directory data solutions. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Owner at TransVoyant, managing and designing product enhancements for their transportation logistics management platform. Neil also has experience at Deloitte, where they worked as a Consultant and Business Technology Analyst.

Neil Offner completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing and Finance at George Mason University from 2009 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in January 2020 and Workfront Certified Referral Partner from Workfront in August 2016.
