Angelo D'Angelo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Angelo is currently working as a Project Manager at Caracol AM since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a 3D Printing Application engineer at Elmec 3D from June 2018 to June 2022. Angelo also served as an R&D engineer and 3D Printing trainer at FABtotum from June 2015 to June 2018. Before that, they co-founded Labellavending in June 2014 and worked as a Co-Founder until September 2015. Angelo also worked as a Hardware Developer & Production Manager at Lumi Industries from October 2014 to March 2015. Angelo's earlier work experience includes a role as a Web Designer at DGC srl from 2011 to 2013 and a Student Internship at BA energie in 2011. Angelo started their career with a Summer Internship at SICES in 2004.

Angelo D'Angelo completed their education from 2006 to 2013 at Politecnico di Milano, where they obtained a Laurea in ingegneria elettrica (Electrical Engineering). Alongside their formal education, Angelo also pursued various additional certifications. In November 2020, they became an Autodesk Certified Expert in Generative Design for Manufacturing through Autodesk. Additionally, in May 2020, they received a certification in Additive Manufacturing for Innovative Design and Production from MIT xPRO. Recently, in August 2022, Angelo obtained two certifications related to SharePoint Online Essential Training and SharePoint for Enterprise: Data Management, both from LinkedIn. In May 2022, they completed a course on 3D Printing of Buildings through the School of Disruption | SIDI.

Caracol AM

Caracol provides advanced additive manufacturing services (3D printing). Following research activities on the world of 3D and generative design at the Polytechnic of Milan, it has transformed robotic supports into an integrated Additive Manufacturing technology. The Caracol robotic system produces large-sized monocoque components with very complexgeometries and "direct printing" of composite materials with high mechanical and thermal performance thanks to the hardware development of an innovative patented extrusion system and proprietary software algorithms.
