Rob Hacker has over three years of professional experience in sales, consulting, and internships. In 2019, they began working as a Territory Sales Manager - Mid-Atlantic at CaraGreen. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Development Representative at Faraday, where they demonstrated value to banks, credit unions, fintechs, marketing agencies and government initiatives through leveraging AI to optimize consumer lifecycles. Rob also worked as an MBA Consultant at Propagate Ventures, where they created a multi-stakeholder approach to implement agroforestry systems in the Vermont dairy industry. In 2016, they began their professional career as an Intern at William Kenny Associates LLC, where they acted as an assistant in the office which consisted of reviewing/delivering landscape architecture maps, planning projects & seed/seedling ordering. Rob also assisted in water quality testing and riparian buffer tree surveying to determine the relative importance of the ecosystem.

Rob Hacker attended the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business from 2017 to 2018, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sustainable Innovation. From 2013 to 2017, they attended James Madison University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology with a minor in Spanish. In 2016, they also studied Spanish at the Universidad de Salamanca.
