Shara Cohen is the current President & CEO at Carallel, LLC. Shara was previously the Vice President Customer Experience at Wolters Kluwer Health from October 2016 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the global customer experience strategy for clinical effectiveness solutions, including UpToDate, Lexicomp, Medi-Span and Emmi. Shara led a team of 150+ employees focused on product deployment, implementation and professional services, customer success and project management, digital programs and outreach, research and analytics, and customer support. Shara also created the marketing communications strategy with a focus on thought leadership.

During their time at Wolters Kluwer Health, they made significant contributions to the company. Shara led the introduction and deployment of a scaled customer experience strategy, in partnership with segmented sales organizations, to improve focus on revenue protection and increase the annual renewal rate. Shara also oversaw implementation teams as a key enabler of seamless workflow integration for all products, with a focus on time-to-value and product utilization. In addition, they were responsible for customer-facing reporting and case studies to communicate solution value, which included executive sponsorship for an ambitious data strategy to unify disparate systems, structures, and BI platforms. Lastly, they were responsible for the Voice of the Customer/NPS/Satisfaction strategy with enviable measured NPS ratings across products.

Under their leadership, the company saw consistent YOY utilization growth for both new and well-established products (10.2% blended average.) Thanks to their efforts, Wolters Kluwer Health was able to provide its customers
