We Handle Tough Cases
We are a litigation based firm. When we handle a case, we assume from the first day of representation that the case may go to Court. Not all cases end up in litigation (the filing of a lawsuit), as many cases settle out of court. When selecting an attorney, the client should ask whether or not the attorney has litigation experience.
