CHA is a non-profit company with Charitable Status and has Approved Housing Body status with the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government.

Our aim is to prevent family homelessness by providing and managing homes across the county, while making these homes more energy-efficient.

Since the Association was established in 2001, we have saved 21 families from homelessness, primarily through the Mortgage-to-Rent scheme. 

We are also a partner in the EU funded pilot energy project, RED WoLF.
