Carbomax is the European subsidiary of Karbontürk, a Turkey-based manufacturer of premium activated carbon solutions. Founded in 2021, Karbontürk produces high-quality activated carbon from biomass, an abundant local resource. Since October 2023, its Phase-0 facility in Adana (Yumurtalık Free Zone) has been operational, with an annual production capacity of 1,400 tons.

Using advanced technology, Karbontürk converts organic waste biomass into sustainable energy, generating its own electricity while addressing waste management and supporting environmental preservation. As a leader in sustainability, the company delivers superior activated carbon products and services to global clients across industries. Applications include water treatment, air filtration, and food & beverage processing, such as sugar refining, oil purification, beverage clarification, and alcohol production.
