Michael Bloom

Michael Bloom has a diverse work experience spanning from 2017 to present. Their most recent role is as a Project Development Engineer at CarbonCapture Inc., where they began in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ExxonMobil for four years, holding various positions such as Olefins Recovery Process Engineer, Process Safety Engineer, GHG Planner, Upstream Process Engineer, and Operations Engineer. Before joining ExxonMobil, Michael had an internship as a Process Engineering Intern at Ashland in 2018. In 2017, they interned as a Federal Government Affairs Intern at Marathon Petroleum Corporation.

Michael Bloom earned their Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 2014 to 2018.
