Elise Lepine

Elise Lepine is a seasoned professional in policy and engagement, currently serving as the Policy and Engagement Lead at Carbon Engineering since September 2021. Prior to this role, Elise held various positions at Deetken Insight from August 2015 to September 2021, including Associate Partner, Principal, Senior Associate, and Associate. Elise also gained experience as a Graduate Student and Teaching Assistant at The University of British Columbia from September 2014 to August 2015, and worked as a Customer and Sales Analyst at Eminence Organic Skin Care during the summer of 2014. An internship at Kianyaga Research Office in 2011 involved designing a randomized-controlled trial and organizing health insurance information dissemination efforts. Elise earned a Master's Degree in Economics from The University of British Columbia in 2015 and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Development from McGill University in 2012.
