Tim Kruger is the Founder and Chief Scientist at Origen, a UK-based cleantech company focused on innovative carbon capture solutions. Currently, they lead a group at the University of Oxford assessing greenhouse gas removal techniques and governance. Tim co-authored the Oxford Principles, which have been adopted as policy by the UK government. They previously founded Cquestrate to research methods for reducing atmospheric carbon dioxide and have held various leadership roles in the field of geoengineering and sustainability since 1994. Tim’s educational background includes a degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
