Alex Diamond

Alex Diamond currently serves as the Director of Products and Engineering at Carbon Mapper, Inc., a non-profit organization focused on promoting digital public goods to address climate change and ecological impacts. Previously, Alex held the position of Head of Marketing at Descartes Labs, facilitating the analysis of geospatial data, and co-founded RS Metrics, where responsibilities included product management, data science, and client relations, earning recognition as DigitalGlobe Innovator of the Year in 2012. Earlier experience includes senior roles at DigitalGlobe and Rockware, where Alex contributed to the development of satellite imagery products and achieved significant accolades. Alex earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with a minor in Geology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
